Service Description

Spend quality time with your partner learning about & preparing for birth in a private setting. Topics covered: birth positions, how movement helps labor to progress & position baby optimally, the hormonal sequence that supports labor & birth, breathing, massage & pain management techniques, common interventions, basic anatomy, as well as the stages of labor & birth. Or perhaps you want to look ahead and think about after baby arrives. Learn common ways to care for yourself and to heal from birth. We will go over what you can expect from those first 6 weeks after baby arrives (realistically) and how to be fully prepared. Learn WHY postpartum care is essential, and not a luxury! Come with questions and receive individual attention and a session that is tailored just for you! *Live online via Zoom: $300 *In person class offered in my studio space (Novato, Ca) or in the privacy of your own home (location dependent): $425

For private classes: 48 hours notice is needed to avoid being charged. (Exceptions made for birth) For group workshops and series: All group classes/workshops are non-refundable and non transferable. (Exceptions made for birth)
