Service Description

Drop into this 2.5 hour embodied birth prep practice with your birth partner. This workshop fosters a deep understanding of the hormonal sequence that supports labor and birth as well as practices to cope with pain using massage, touch, breath, movement, sound, visualization, yoga, relaxation and a deep cultivated connection with yourself, your baby and your birth partner. Payment: $75 Link and pass word to access recording of class will be available upon registration. You can access recording on your own time. Cancelation Policy

For private classes: 48 hours notice is needed to avoid being charged. (Exceptions made for birth) For group workshops and series: All group classes/workshops are non-refundable and non transferable. (Exceptions made for birth)
