Spend quality time with your partner learning about & preparing for birth in a private setting. Topics covered: birth positions, how movement helps labor to progress & position baby optimally, the hormonal sequence that supports labor & birth, breathing, massage & pain management techniques, common interventions, basic anatomy, as well as the stages of labor & birth. Or perhaps you want to look ahead and think about after baby arrives. Learn common ways to care for yourself and to heal from birth. We will go over what you can expect from those first 6 weeks after baby arrives (realistically) and how to be fully prepared. Learn WHY postpartum care is essential, and not a luxury!
